Annemarie-Schimmel-Haus successfully conducted a professional development workshop for German language teachers titled “Fortbildung: Einführung in die DLL-Reihe & ihre Bedeutung für die Unterrichtspraxis” on  January 10, 2026.

The workshop took place from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the “Beethoven” classroom and was facilitated by Ms. Tayyaba A. Ahmad.

 

 

Workshop Highlights

The day began with a welcome note by director  Ms. Naurin Zaki, followed by a detailed introduction to the DLL program and its objectives.

Participants explored DLL Modules 1–3, focusing on their didactic foundations, and later examined practical classroom examples from DLL Modules 4–6.

Conclusion

The workshop concluded with a feedback session, a group photo, and a shared lunch. Teachers highly appreciated the practical orientation and interactive nature of the training.
