Student Policies & Guidelines
1. Attendance & Assessment
- Attendance: Minimum 80% attendance is mandatory for certificate eligibility.
- Weightage: 1st Test (25%), 2nd Test (25%), Final Test (50%).
- Passing Criteria: Minimum 60% overall score required to qualify for the next level.
- B1/B2 Levels: Must pass at least 3 modules in the final test.
- No Make-up Tests: No re-tests will be conducted for internal students.
2. Participation Certificate
Official digital certificates (PDF) are issued via email based on successful completion, active participation, and homework submission.
3. General Conduct & Discipline
- Punctuality: Arrive and leave strictly on time; staying on premises outside class hours is not allowed.
- Cell Phones: Must be switched off during class hours.
- Respect: Harassment or disrespectful conduct toward instructors or classmates will result in expulsion.
- Food & Functions: Outside food and private gatherings are strictly prohibited without permission.
4. Safety, Security & Sustainability
- Sustainability: Bring reusable water bottles; refilling stations are available on campus.
- Security: Mandatory security checks for all; weapons are strictly prohibited.
- Belongings: ASH is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items or vehicles.
- Drop-off: Students must be collected at the gate; visitors are not permitted to wait inside.
- Media: Photography or video recording requires administrative permission.

- Readiness: Ensure a stable internet connection and an alternative backup device.
- Camera & Mic: Must remain switched ON throughout the session for active participation.
- Non-compliance: Instructors reserve the right to remove students who keep their cameras off.
2. Attendance & Grading

- Recordings: No class recordings will be provided under any circumstances.
- Assessment: Same weightage applies (25% + 25% + 50%) with a 60% passing requirement.
3. Communication & Behavior
- WhatsApp: Keep your registered number active for important class updates.
- Respect: Maintain professional conduct; harassment or disruption will lead to expulsion.
- Mobile Usage: Phones should be switched off to avoid distractions during online sessions.
