On Campus Classes

1. Attendance for Certificate Eligibility
Students must maintain at least 80% attendance to qualify for the internal class participation certificate. Any student whose attendance falls below this threshold will not be eligible to receive the certificate.

2. Assessment Policy
All students are required to appear in all internal tests conducted during the course. The final internal result will be calculated through the following components:

  • First Test – 20%
  • Second Test – 20%
  • Final Test – 40%
  • Class Participation – 10%
  • Homework Assignments – 10%

Please note: No make-up tests will be conducted.

3. Punctuality,
Students must arrive and leave strictly on time. Due to space limitations, students are not allowed to remain on the premises outside of their scheduled class timings.

4. Cell Phone Policy
Mobile phones must be switched off during class hours to avoid any disruptions to the learning environment.

5. Respect
All students must treat their instructors and fellow classmates with the utmost respect. Harassment, disruptive and disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated and the student will be expelled

6. Food Policy
Bringing outside food items is strictly prohibited within the institute premises.

7. Gatherings and Functions
Gatherings, parties & functions within the institute’s premises are not allowed without prior permission of the language department.

8. Sustainability
As part of our eco-friendly initiative, students are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottles, which can be refilled at the water fountain provided on campus.

Online Classes

3. Class Attendance & Recordings
Students are expected to attend all classes regularly. In case of absence, no class recordings will be provided under any circumstances.

4. Camera & Microphone Requirement
Students are required to keep their camera and microphone turned on at all times during class.
Any student who fails to turn on their camera will not be permitted to attend the session.

5. Internet Connectivity
Students are required to ensure a stable and strong internet connection for uninterrupted participation in class.

6. Mobile Phone Usage
Please keep your mobile phones switched off during class hours to maintain focus and avoid distractions.

7. Active WhatsApp Contact
Ensure that your WhatsApp number is active and working on the day of your class, as important updates may be shared through it.

8. Respectful Behaviour
