Terms & Conditions

1. Course participants must be at least 16 years of age to attend our adult German courses.

2. If full payment is not received by the due date, the participant loses the right to participate. Course registration is conducted on a first come, first served basis.

3. The refund process may take up to 30 days. A processing fee of PKR 1,000/- will be deducted if the fee has been deposited without receiving an official email from us, or after the 24-hour deadline, even in case of a valid reason. Clause 4.3: Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

4. The course fee is non-refundable and non-transferable during the course or at the course commencement date. However, in case of cancellation up to three working days prior to the start of the course, ASH will deduct 50% of the course fee. In case of cancellation or request for transfer to another course after the course start, no refunds and/or credit notes for future courses will be issued, regardless of whether or not the student has begun attending the course.

5. Our courses have at least 12 and at the most 24 participants. To avoid cancellations of courses due to lack of students, we advise students to register before the deadline.

6. The refund process of the course fee will take at least 30 days.

7. All data provided by you will be treated confidentially.

8. At the end of the language course, a course participation certificate can be issued upon request (provided the attendance of the student is above 80% and he/she has sat for the final course test).

9. To ensure appropriate placement and learning progress, students seeking admission to an advanced-level course must have successfully completed the preceding level or demonstrate equivalent proficiency in German. This can be verified through a certified Goethe exam or by passing our internal final test.

10. A strong internet connection for our online classes is required as it is mandatory for all students to switch on their cameras throughout the lessons. The instructors will not entertain any students who switch off their mics and camera and will remove him/her from that lesson.

11. A free-of-cost Zoom app is required on your phone/tablet/laptop for online classes.

12. Additionally, Adobe Acrobat DC Reader (free of cost) is required for online classes.

13. Rights of admission reserved.

14. In case of any serious offense or crime, you could be expelled from the institute.

15. In case of cancellation or withdrawal after the course has started, a credit may be transferred to a future course only under exceptional circumstances (such as medical or valid personal reasons). An additional payment of 50% of the current course fee will be required as a re-admission charge. In case, if no prior notice is given by the student, no refunds or credit for future courses will be issued, regardless of whether the student has attended any classes or not.
